But some people will never choose to do this without reason. They cannot force themselves to believe in happiness for the sake of being happy. That creates a very shallow sort of happiness, the success of which depends on how good a person is at self-deception. That happiness is not based on truth, or anything that lasts. It merely lasts as long as you can qualm your conscience to experience ignorance in fast-food distractions.
If you are unhappy, you might want to ask for a reason to be happy before you make up your mind. You might want to quest to the blurred lines of existence and do it with integrity. Although by forcing yourself to that desperation, the stakes are great; that may be your only chance at the prize.
